Chicken Pizza Crust


  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • black pepper
  • white pepper
  • 4-6 tsp. ranch seasoning
  • 1/2 cup. shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup. parmesan cheese


  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl
  • Oil a pizza pan and spread the mixture across the surface
  • pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees
  • cook the crust for 15 minutes
  • add ranch dressing on the surface
  • add keto friendly toppings (bacon, hamburger, etc.)
  • cook for another 15 minutes. Allow to cool.
