Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
- black pepper
- white pepper
- 4-6 tsp. ranch seasoning
- 1/2 cup. shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup. parmesan cheese
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl
- Oil a pizza pan and spread the mixture across the surface
- pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees
- cook the crust for 15 minutes
- add ranch dressing on the surface
- add keto friendly toppings (bacon, hamburger, etc.)
- cook for another 15 minutes. Allow to cool.
