Ingredients:
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag and pour the honey mustard mixture over the top. Marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 8 hours.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the remaining marinade. Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Serve the chicken hot, garnished with additional honey mustard sauce if desired. Enjoy!
