For dedicated supporters seeking a deeper connection with their favorite creators, THECOMISSION NETWORK offers “Departments.” These exclusive spaces are curated by the creators themselves, featuring behind-the-scenes content, limited edition merchandise, and unique experiences tailored specifically for their most devoted fans.

THECOMISSION NETWORK is a program created by THECOMISSION, and it should be used at your own risk. The platform and its features are provided as-is, without any warranties or guarantees. By using THECOMISSION NETWORK, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:
Content Responsibility: THECOMISSION can’t actively monitor or review the content uploaded by creators on the platform. Users may encounter content that they find objectionable, offensive, or inappropriate.
Intellectual Property Risks: Creators are solely responsible for ensuring that the content they upload and distribute through THECOMISSION NETWORK does not infringe on any intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents.
Third-Party Services: THECOMISSION NETWORK may integrate or rely on third-party services, which are subject to their own terms and conditions. THECOMISSION holds no responsibility for the availability, security, or performance of these external services.
Privacy and Data Security: While THECOMISSION implements reasonable security measures, no system is entirely secure. Users’ personal information and data may be susceptible to unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
Financial Transactions: Any financial transactions conducted through THECOMISSION NETWORK are at the user’s own risk. THECOMISSION is not liable for any unauthorized charges, losses, or disputes related to these transactions.
The $29 (current price) monthly subscription fee is paid to THECOMISSION which then grants access to that area of the platform and unlocks Creator Departments within that area. Once inside a specific Creator’s Department, the creator may have their own subscription-based offerings or additional purchases under their own terms and conditions.
When subscribing to a Creator’s Department, users will have access exclusively to that creator’s community and offerings. Other Departments and creators on THECOMISSION NETWORK will no longer be accessible until the user subscribes to those specific Departments.
It’s important to note that THECOMISSION is not responsible for the terms, conditions, or any issues arising from transactions or subscriptions within individual Creator Departments. Users should carefully review and agree to the creator’s specific policies before making any purchases or subscribing to their offerings.
By using THECOMISSION NETWORK and accessing Creator Departments, users acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to hold THECOMISSION harmless from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from their interactions or transactions within individual Creator Departments.
