On April 8th, 2014 Ana Trujillo was found guilty of murder. Prosecutors alleged 45 year old Trujillo fatally bludgeoned her boyfriend, 59 year old Dr. Stefan Andersson, by hitting him in the head 25 times with the heel of her blue stiletto shoe.

The scene in a Houston, Texas, courtroom was as strange as you’ll ever see. Ana Trujillo, found guilty of murdering her boyfriend with a 5 1/2 inch stiletto heel of her shoe, reenacted the attack for the jury. During lengthy and rambling testimony, Trujillo maintained that she was a victim of domestic violence. She claimed that she’d been in previous abusive relationships and argued that her boyfriend, Stefan Andersson, started the altercation the night she killed him.
